Company History

Founded in 1990 by Principals with extensive backgrounds in the management, construction, accounting, and legal aspects of real estate, Spectrum’s management and staff bring more than 100 combined years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience.  Today, in addition to our third party services, we manage over 30 commercial real estate properties in our own portfolio, and continue to grow – year after year.
